Artur Jedynak

Artur Jedynak
Chairman of the Board

Artur Jedynak obtained the Executive MBA title at the Kozminski University. He completed a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the Lodz University of Technology at the Faculty of FTIMS.

During 17 years of professional work, he participated in many projects for the largest Polish and international companies. He has cross-sectional knowledge of SAP products and technologies and the broad IT market, practical experience in modeling and optimization of business processes, and extensive knowledge of financial engineering. In the company, he is responsible for sales and development.

Marcin Jasiński

For 20 years of his professional career, he dealt with the design and implementation of IT solutions in many market sectors in Poland.

From 2009 he was associated with SAP Polska, leading large SAP ERP and BW implementation projects. He has been working at KBJ since 2015, and his career path led from project management to managing the Business Intelligence Department. As a leader of the BI team, he created the strongest SAP BI team in Poland at KBJ and was responsible for the first successful implementations of BW / 4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud. On the board of KBJ S.A. he is responsible for managing delivery, supervising the implementation of strategic projects, building and developing an expert team in the field of consulting.

Paweł Wiechecki
Paweł Wiechecki
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Paweł Wiechecki graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Kiev University of Technology, specializing in Automated Control Systems. He is also a graduate of postgraduate management studies organized by the University of Economics in Katowice in cooperation with Akademie fur Fukrungskrafte der Wirtschaft (Academy of Business Leaders) - Bad Harzburg.

He has over 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in consulting related to the use of IT in business. He worked in the largest software houses in Poland - CSBI, ComputerLand, Infovide-Matrix and Sygnity. For the last few years he was a partner at Infovide-Matrix, where he managed and developed business related to ERP. He was responsible for the implementation of one of the largest projects using SAP technology in Poland, incl. at PGNiG and the Ministry of Justice.

Since the end of 2016, he has been responsible for business development and selected strategic projects at KBJ. He is also the president of ALBIT SOFTWARE Sp. z o.o. - a subsidiary of KBJ S.A.

Wojciech Brzeski

Member of the Supervisory Board

Wojciech Brzeski graduated from the Faculty of Metering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He has 41 years of professional experience, including 25 years in company management.

He has participated in projects for the largest Polish and international companies, has extensive knowledge in the field of computer engineering and many years of experience in managing construction teams. In the years 1970-1971 he worked at FSO, and then from 1971 to 1986, MERA-FMiK in Warsaw as the main designer. He is the author of several patents in the area of solutions in the field of digital and analog circuits, as well as one of the outstanding constructors of the ERA factory, where his participation was the development and implementation of computer disk memories and disk drivers.

Currently, he is a co-owner of Compart-Market, where he works as a managing director, conducting construction and implementation works in the field of IT.

Michał Kalisiński

Michał Kalisiński completed postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as graduate studies at the FTIMS faculty in the Individual Course of Studies at the Lodz University of Technology.

During 18 years of work, he has led projects for the largest Polish companies, and has experience as a project manager. He is a specialist in project methodologies, business analysis and IT management. In the years 2003–2005 he worked as a programmer for Pixel, from 2005 to 2007 as an analyst for Polkomtel. In 2007-2009 he was project manager and team manager at PZU SA and PZU Życie SA. From 2009 to 2015 as a project manager at Polkomtel. Since 2015, he has been the President of the Management Board at Clurgo.

Artur Kaźmierczak specializes in investments in the real estate market and is also an expert in the field of people management in particular in the area of remuneration of executives.

During nearly 20 years of work in consulting, in addition to projects in the field of human capital management, he also advised on the design of organizational structures, process optimization and development of strategies. He has carried out projects in Poland, the Baltic States, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Jordan. In 2009-2014, director and then partner at PwC (former PricewaterhouseCoopers). Before joining PwC, he worked as a director of the Human Capital Advisory Services group at Deloitte, and previously at Andersen Business Consulting and Arthur Andersen. He is the author of several dozen publications and presentations in the field of human resource management. From July 2014 to July 2020, Artur Kazimierczak held managerial positions in Mzuri Sp. z o.o., Mzuri Investments Sp. z o.o. and in Mzuri CFI real estate group investment companies.

Currently, since August 2020, he is associated with Syrena Real Estate, where he acts as a partner responsible for investments in the housing market.

Member of the Supervisory Board

Łukasz Krotowski graduated from the Faculty of FTIMS at the Lodz University of Technology in the Individual Course of Studies.

Since 2000, he has participated in numerous projects for the largest Polish and foreign companies. In the course of his professional experience, he was the main designer and architect of key KBJ projects implemented for strategic clients from the following sectors: telecommunications, banking, industry, energy, and the public sector.

He has extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of complex business systems, as well as experience in the optimization and efficiency of IT solutions. In 2011-2018, he was a Member of the Management Board of KBJ S.A.
