Artur Jedynak has completed the Executive MBA program at Kozminski University. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Artificilal Intelligence from the Lodz University of Technology, the Department of FTIMS.
During his 17 year long career, he has participated in numerous projects for the largest Polish and International firms. Artur Jedynak has cross-sectional knowledge about the SAP products and technologies and about the IT market in general, practical experience in modelling and optimization of business processes and an extensive knowledge of the area of Financial Engineering. In the company, he is responsible for Sales and for Development.
Marek Weigt graduated with Masters Degree in IT and Econometrics from the University of Lodz, Department of Economics and Sociology.
He has 19 years of professional experience, during which he has completed many projects for the largest Polish and international companies, such as: Grupa Żywiec, PTC, Bank BPH, PWPW, Polkomtel. Marek Weigt is an expert in the area of building corporate portals, he has practical experience in project management and is the SAP Expert. In the company, he is responsible for Operational Management and for Coordination of Main Project Activities.
For 20 years of his professional career Marcin designed, built and implemented IT solutions for many industries on Polish market.
Since 2009 he worked for SAP Polska where he was responsible for big deployments of SAP ERP and SAP BW. In 2015 he joined KBJ then his career path moved toward project management and finally he took over lead for Business Intelligence portfolio. Under his supervision KBJ SAP BI team became strongest in Polish market with succeeded fist implementation of BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. At KBJ S.A. management board Marcin Jasiński is responsible for managing delivery, supervising the implementation of strategic projects and building and developing a great team of consulting experts.
Dariusz Strączyński has completed the Executive MBA program at Kozminski University. He has completed a post-graduate programme in Management and Marketing in the Warsaw School of Economics (In Polish: Szkoła Główna Handlowa), and graduated with a Masters Degree from the SGGW-AR in Warsaw. During his 20 years of professional experience, he has gained a thorough knowledge in the areas of management, sales and marketing, as well as a considerable experience in Supervisory Boards of various companies, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). Between 1996 and 2004 he worked as the Trade Director - Commercial Proxy for the Red Bull. In the years 2004 – 2005 he was the Sales Director for AKZO NOBEL Nobiles, then, in the years 2005-2010 he moved on to be the General Director of the Bantex Poland Hamelin. At the present time, he holds the position of the President of the Management Board of the Hamelin Polska Sp. z o.o.
Wojciech Jankowski has acquired a degree in DESS CAAE at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, and an Executive MBA in Finance at the University of Bangor, Manchester Business School. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Physics and Management from the University of Lodz. His professional experience amounts to 23 years, about 17 of which he had been engaged in business, working for the strategic consultancy firms, such as A.T. Kearney, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young. In the years 1994-1999 he worked as a consultant for the Arthur Andersen, then for the A.T.Kearney, from 1999 to 2002 he managed and was a co-owner of the Armada Group. Between 2002 and 2004 he had been a manager for the Ernst & Young, and from 2004 to 2008 he held the position of the advisor for the President of the Management Board of the Prokom Software and Prokom Investments companies. At the present time, he works as an independent consultant in the fields of Strategy and Finances.
Wojciech Brzeski has graduated with the Masters Degree in the field of Measurement Science from the Department of Electricity at the Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska). He has 41 years of professional experience, including 25 years in company management. He participated in projects for the largest Polish and international companies, has a cross-sectional knowledge in the area of computer engineering and many years of experience in managing teams of engineering designers. In the years 1970-1971 he worked for the FSO, and then from 1971 to 1986 for the MERA-FMiK in Warsaw as the Head Designer. He holds several patents for solutions in the area of digital and analogue systems, and belongs to the team of outstanding designers of the ERA manufacturing company, where he participated in the development and implementation of the computer hard drive memories and drivers. At present, he co-owns the Compart-Market company, and works there as the Managing Director, still being involved in the design and implementation of IT solutions.
Michał Kalisiński has completed the post-graduate programme in Project Management at the SGH in Warsaw, and graduated with a Masters Degree from Lodz University of Technology, Department of FTIMS, over the course of the Individual Study Program. During his 8 years of professional activity, he has managed projects for the largest Polish companies, and he is very experienced in the role of a Project Manager. He is an expert in the project methodology, business analysis and IT management. In the years 2003–2005 he worked as a programmer for the Pixel, and from 2005 to 2007 as an analysis specialist for the Polkomtel. In the years 2007-2009 he held the position of a project manager and team manager in the PZU Życie SA. At present, he works as a project manager in the Polkomtel.
Artur Kaźmierczak specialises in consulting in the area of a personnel management, and especially in the remuneration for management team issues. During his 20 years of consulting, besides the human resources management projects, he also advised on designing organizational structures, optimization of processes and on developing strategies. He has completed projects in Poland, Baltic States, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Jordan. Between the years 2009-2014 he was a Director, and then Partner in the PwC (Formerly: PricewaterhouseCoopers). Before joining the PwC, he held the position of the Director of the Group of Human Capital Advisory Services in the Deloitte company, and before that in the Andersen Business Consulting and in the w Arthur Andersen. Artur Kaźmierczak is a member of the Programming Council of the Polish Association of the HR Management (In Polish: Polskie Stowarzyszenie Zarządzania Kadrami), and the author of dozens of publications and lectures in the field of the Human Resources Management. As of July 2014, Mr. Artur Kazimierczak has been involved in the management of the Mzuri Sp. z o.o. and the Mzuri Investments Sp. z o.o. companies.
