KBJ has been providing SAP systems support and operation services for PGE’s Capital Group since 2009. Within the services provided the Company has been supporting the customer in SAP systems technical infrastructure administration, end users support and has been responsible for exploitation and development in most modules (HR, SD, MM, BW, PI, EP, IM-PS and others).
SAP exploitation and development project was one of the biggest projects for the Company – it concerned a significant number of systems the Company was responsible for and the Company was simultaneously engaged in a few other implementation projects. KBJ’s role was also supporting development and implementation of exploitation procedures optimal for the Customer, training and documentation management, and preparing the Customer to fully take over system infrastructure.
In recognition of the services rendered the Company has received written recommendations from PGE Systems and since 1st May has been continuing cooperation.
