BTech, present on the market since 2007, specialized in programming services for users of ERP systems: SAP ECC and S/4HANA and their integration with external software. The company cooperated with the largest concerns in Poland from various industries and supported implementation projects carried out by other SAP system integrators. KBJ and BTech have been linked by capital since 2020, when KBJ acquired 32% of BTech's shares, the companies cooperated closely operationally, developing production capacity and implementing a common sales policy.

- This year we took over the remaining 68% of the company's shares. Thanks to the finalized merger, all existing BTech activities will be continued and developed with the capital, technological and know-how support of KBJ, and several dozen specialists previously working at BTech will join the KBJ team. We will also take over the implementation of all existing BTech contracts. – said Artur Jedynak, President of KBJ S.A.

In turn, Magdalena Miąsko, Sales and Marketing Director at KBJ S.A. adds:
- The acquisition of BTech means an increase in the KBJ team to approximately 200 people and additional opportunities to implement complex IT projects. What I mean here is, among others: migrations of previous generations of ERP systems to their latest edition: S/4HANA, projects of broadly understood digital transformation, data security and changes resulting from new legal regulations, such as the introduction of mandatory e-Invoices.
