Artur Jedynak
Chairman of the Board

Artur Jedynak obtained the Executive MBA title at the Kozminski University. He completed a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the Lodz University of Technology at the Faculty of FTIMS.

During 17 years of professional work, he participated in many projects for the largest Polish and international companies. He has cross-sectional knowledge of SAP products and technologies and the broad IT market, practical experience in modeling and optimization of business processes, and extensive knowledge of financial engineering. In the company, he is responsible for sales and development.

For 20 years of his professional career, he dealt with the design and implementation of IT solutions in many market sectors in Poland.

From 2009 he was associated with SAP Polska, leading large SAP ERP and BW implementation projects. He has been working at KBJ since 2015, and his career path led from project management to managing the Business Intelligence Department. As a leader of the BI team, he created the strongest SAP BI team in Poland at KBJ and was responsible for the first successful implementations of BW / 4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud. On the board of KBJ S.A. he is responsible for managing delivery, supervising the implementation of strategic projects, building and developing an expert team in the field of consulting.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the IT and ERP sectors, Jan Kowalski has built a strong track record in managing consulting teams and leading implementation, development, and maintenance projects. Since 2006, he has specialized in SAP solutions, focusing on project management. Two large-scale SAP projects under his leadership received international recognition with SAP Quality Awards in 2014 and 2015.

Since 2016, he has served as Director of Consulting, overseeing strategic operations related to ERP system implementation and support. He is widely recognized for his expert knowledge, accountability, and outstanding leadership skills, effectively combining technical expertise with strong team management.

He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and has completed numerous project management courses and certifications.

Michał Kalisiński
Michał Kalisiński
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Michał Kalisiński completed postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as graduate studies at the FTIMS faculty in the Individual Course of Studies at the Lodz University of Technology.

During 18 years of work, he has led projects for the largest Polish companies, and has experience as a project manager. He is a specialist in project methodologies, business analysis and IT management. In the years 2003–2005 he worked as a programmer for Pixel, from 2005 to 2007 as an analyst for Polkomtel. In 2007-2009 he was project manager and team manager at PZU SA and PZU Życie SA. From 2009 to 2015 as a project manager at Polkomtel. Since 2015, he has been the President of the Management Board at Clurgo.

Paweł Wiechecki graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Kiev University of Technology, specializing in Automated Control Systems. He is also a graduate of postgraduate management studies organized by the University of Economics in Katowice in cooperation with Akademie fur Fukrungskrafte der Wirtschaft (Academy of Business Leaders) - Bad Harzburg.

He has over 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in consulting related to the use of IT in business. He worked in the largest software houses in Poland - CSBI, ComputerLand, Infovide-Matrix and Sygnity. For the last few years he was a partner at Infovide-Matrix, where he managed and developed business related to ERP. He was responsible for the implementation of one of the largest projects using SAP technology in Poland, incl. at PGNiG and the Ministry of Justice.

Since the end of 2016, he has been responsible for business development and selected strategic projects at KBJ. He is also the president of ALBIT SOFTWARE Sp. z o.o. - a subsidiary of KBJ S.A.

Khalil Hodaibi

After completing an engineering and management degree, Khalil Hodaibi began his career in the industry. After 4 years he joined the consultancy sector and became a project manager and agency director.

An entrepreneur at heart, he initiated an MBO in 1998 and ended up becoming the head of the company that employed him. Surrounded by strong partners and a loyal team and using his skills, he was able to bring the company to international status within 5 years and in 2003, he decided to integrate his team with an international group listed on the Frankfort stock exchange.

He was successively CEO for Western Europe, CEO at EMEA and Vice President. Drawing on his extensive experience, he created SOA People Group in 2007.

Khalil understands all sides of business, the perfect mastery of financial strategies, growth investment, internationalization and development; this gives him the remarkable ability to anticipate and adapt.

After an Information system management degree, Vincent Simioni joined an international manufacturing company based in Germany in 1987.

From 1991 to 1993, Vincent participated to the deployment of SAP R/2 solutions in various European countries. Then in 1994 following a management graduate training course at HEC, he joined the world of SAP consulting. In 1998 he joined Khalil Hodaibi, the MBO of Expert Group. He became Country Manager for Belgium, Luxembourg and helped to continue to expand the company’s international presence. From 2003 to 2006, he managed the Belux subsidiaries of an exchanged quoted joint stock group.

Then in 2007, Vincent worked with Khalil to create SOA People group. He is President of French activities and manages the SAP partnership relation at an EMEA level.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in accountancy & fiscality, Maarten Geerinck began his career in the world of accountancy and taxation by joining his first accountancy firm in 2003.

For 5 years he built up his expertise before leaving the fiduciary world to work for an American multinational in the chemical sector. During his 13-year career within Albemarle Corporation, he grew from the position of EMEA Accountant to Finance Director and took the lead of the Shared Services Center for this company, located in Budapest for 5 years.

In October 2019, Maarten joins SOA People Group to take up the position of Group CFO and member of the Executive Board.
