Implementation. The implementation process consists of the following stages:
Implementation time - depending on the complexity of the processes, approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
Maintenance. It consists of ensuring failure-free operation of the application. Additionally, the Client will gain access to new versions of the software (updates), as well as a service system operating 24/7, where errors in reports or support needs can be reported.
Post-implementation support. Depending on the needs of users, after the implementation is complete, we offer support services in several variants that differ in the scope of work, SLA parameters and the amount of the monthly fee.
